Juniur reached out to me with a fun and unique idea for his bowling team, the Bearbie Dolls. He envisioned a logo based on a cartoon burlesque lady in a martini glass – but tweaked just a bit to reflect the team name. I knew it needed to be bold, fun, and a bit cheeky to capture the essence of the team.

Design.

Starting with the idea of a burlesque lady in a martini glass and playfully converting it to a cute lil teddy bear – the concept took off from there. I added typefaces similar to the iconic “Barbie” style, along with simple bubbles and stars, and suddenly the idea was popping. Finally, I experimented with various styles and colour schemes to achieve that fun, vibrant vibe. And just like that, the Bearbie Dolls were ready to roll!

This project was a blast to work on, and it’s always rewarding to see a client’s vision come to life and help a friend out. Juniur and his teammates were blown away by the design and said it exceeded their expectations. The Bearbie Dolls had a logo that stood out in the crowd and brought a smile to everyone’s face.
